These terms and conditions of delivery ("Terms") set out the terms and conditions for the delivery of products ("Products") offered for sale by Linar.bg ("Seller") via Econt and Speedy couriers ("Couriers") within Bulgaria. By placing an order with the Seller, the customer ("Customer") agrees to be bound by these Terms.
1. Delivery service providers
The Seller uses Econt and Speedy couriers as its service providers. The delivery cost is based on the weight of the products and the place of delivery. For orders over a certain amount, delivery is usually free.
2. Delivery time
Estimated delivery time is up to 2 business days, depending on the delivery location. Although Seller will use its best efforts to ensure that the Products are delivered within the estimated delivery time, Seller does not guarantee delivery by any specific date or time.
3. Delivery address and availability
The Customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address for the Products. The Customer must be available during the delivery time to receive the Products. If the Customer is not available to receive the Products, the Couriers may leave a notice and return the Products to the Seller's warehouse. Customer shall be responsible for any additional costs associated with redelivery of the Products.
4. Verification of delivery
Upon delivery, the Customer must inspect the products for damage or defects. If the Products are damaged or defective, the Customer must notify the Couriers at the time of delivery and contact the Seller within 24 hours of delivery to request a replacement or refund.
5. Responsibility
Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver the Products due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, flood or accidents.
6. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
7. Amendment
Seller may change these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on its website. It is the Customer's responsibility to review the modified Terms before placing subsequent orders.
By placing an order with Seller, Customer acknowledges that it has read, understood and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
