The wine is produced from the Mavrud variety. It has a beautiful, delicate salmon style colour. Complex aroma with notes of candied strawberry, white cherry, herbs and hay. A wine with excellent freshness, a long, spicy and mineral finish.
The wine is autoclaved and naturally clarified, immediately before bottling it is filtered through a gentle blast filter.

The grapes are from the region of the village of Capitan Andreevo, coming from some of the southernmost terrains of the region from
15-year-old vines. However, not every vintage is good enough. We patiently wait until the last and with it we finish the vintage.The wine is unfiltered autoflow, no mechanical intervention, no filtration. Possibly noble lees content.
Our wines are free of stabilizers, sulfites and allergens.
