Our Chardonnay comes from vineyards near village of Kolarovo. It is located on 320 m altitude.

In our desire to make a natural wine in 2020, we chose the Chardonnay variety. Long fermentation at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel tank. Sticking to the idea of being as natural as possible, it was not clarified, not stabilized and no sulfites were used. Juicy and harmonious body with an impactful finish. Limited edition of 2000 bottles.
Possible noble precipitate content.
