A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre varieties
Technology-To make this wine, the parcels of grapes with the most suitable characteristics are selected and harvested before the others to obtain a fresh and harmonious wine.The three grape varieties after crushing are placed in three different fermenters.They are left for 6 hours at t=12◦C, after which the juice is drained and sent to three different vessels to ferment.The fermentation temperature is controlled not to exceed 15-16◦C.After the alcoholic fermentation has been completed for 20 days,the wines are racked and blended.The Rosé wine is naturally clarified and filtered through a gentle basting filter immediately before bottling. Possible noble urea content

The wine has a delicate salmon colour. Aromas of white flowers, tropical fruit and herbs unfold. The seductive fruit nuances on the nose overlap in the taste. The palate has a southern character, smooth and with good density.Juicy, rounded, with a hint of butter and dried leaves in the aftertaste. The spicy taste and long finish define the wine as harmonious, voluminous and complete.
Unfiltered autoclave, without pressing and mechanical intervention with possible noble urayk content. Natural wine without stabilizers, sulphites and allergens.
